Terms Of Service

Thank you for considering to rent our portable speaker system. Please read these terms of service carefully before renting our equipment.

  1. Rental Period: The rental period will begin at the start of the selected date, and will end at the agreed-upon time and date. If you need to extend the rental period, please let us know as soon as possible. Rental time spans are measured in complete days and will be billed as such.

  2. Payment: Payment is due at the time of reservation. We accept cash, credit cards, and other forms of electronic payment. If reserving online, only digital forms of payment are accepted as presented options at checkout.

  3. Use of Equipment: You agree to use the equipment in a careful and proper manner, and to return the equipment in the same condition as it was rented to you. Equipment condition will be documented at time of transfer. Any damage to the equipment will be your responsibility, and you will be charged for the cost of repairs or replacement.

  4. Pickup and Return: You are responsible for picking up the equipment at the agreed-upon time and location, and for returning it at the agreed-upon time and location. Late returns may be subject to additional charges of $100 per day. Any other arrangements that are negotiated are at the sole discretion of Genesis Premier Studios.

  5. Loss, Theft, or Damage: You are responsible for the equipment while it is in your possession. If the equipment is lost or stolen, you will be responsible for the full cost of replacement. If damages are sustained, the full cost of repairs/replacement will be assessed plus a $50 hassle fee.

  6. Liability: We are not responsible for any damage or injury caused by the use of our equipment. You assume all risk and liability for the use of the equipment.

  7. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate this rental agreement at any time, for any reason.

  8. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the rental takes place.

  9. Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us, and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether digital, written, or verbal.

 

By renting our portable speaker system, you agree to these terms of service.
